I passed on all of the information I had to law enforcement officials, Levy investigators and various attorneys. I gave them documentation of times of calls, etc..

It's clear why people are voting en masse to replace the government as much as they can. This is typical. The brutishness of personal destruction to turn Guandique into a monster with lies was a virtual war footing campaign.

This is a government that has no constraints, or ignores any if there are.

The lies in the press and affadavit that were just used to get the trial and conviction without them is just mind boggling. I don't know how many know Swarzchnegger's Running Man movie, but I have referred to it several times.

This was a Running Man government operation, let there be no doubt.

They crushed the illegal immigrant and public defenders. They can't touch Condit and his many high powered lawyers.

It is not justice, but purchased evasion from justice.

It's tyoical. There are others. Doctored video fed to people, making any person the government wants to crush a public enemy. Actually it's very commonly found in movies, because it's too close to home for comfort as we see here.

It appears that the government was serious about hiding something from early on. From the moment that the report given by Mr. Woodfolk, the keymaker, was discredited to the recantation of the Pentecostal pastor's story and even further back. . . the over-riding of Chandra's apartment security tape, the scream and 911 call, the tracking dog scent-trail ending outside of her door, the sanitizing and sabotaging of Chandra's apartment, inclusive computer obliteration, moved notices, handwritten note, etc..
When Brad Garrett came on board, though, it became very clear to me that something of a politically-sensitive nature was up. And, it seemed indeed, that Chandra's story was in the process of being re-written.

Ive been here for awhile just reading everything, including RDs book and review of my own notes. I cant belevie other people feel as I do .... what a miscarriage of justice ... shocking he was convicted. at least the Levy famliy has a feeling of justice and the wemon he attacked must feel some sense of vendication ! PERSONALLY the case will forever haunt me. The day I meet the maker\ God you better beleive one of my questions will be what the hell really happened ?? YOU GUYS ARE GREATTTT !

Yes, Garrett was a cover up man and not much else. I quote him in Murder on a Horse Trail saying that he was still working on getting the autopsy report, and that it could be somebody she knew, it could somebody she didn't know. We don't know.

That was a year and a half after Chandra was found. The FBI and DC police have treated this as a political coverup from the beginning.

Bad mouthing their own Justice Department standard practice of using translators for Spanish speaking lie detector tests, and in effect claiming every lie detector test they ever gave to Spanish speaking suspects were no good, was mind boggling in what they were willing to take down for this political coverup.

Speaking of Condit and purchase of evasion of justice with high powered lawyers, I was quite surprised to find out who his latest lawyers were, Latham & Watkins.

I happened to see a Google search hit this site, and the search keywords were interesting. Jennifer Thomas Otis Thomas Condit.

I checked who was doing the search and it was Latham & Watkins, a San Diego law firm. I didn't think much about it.

Then I get an anonymous email asking if I know how to get a hold of Otis and Jennifer Thomas. The email indicated it was for media research but could have been a cover. Here's the interesting part. The email said they thought Otis Thomas was so hard to find because he had changed his name, and did I know if he had changed his name.

I responded I didn't have any contact info on Otis Thomas, other than what anyone can google, which didn't include OC or Otis Thomas. (There is a Jr who appears to have graduated Modesto High 1994.)

Imagine my surprise when Condit arrived in court with a Latham & Watkins lawyer. Were they doing due diligence before deciding to represent him as the 9th or so defense lawyers? Another member of Latham & Watkins helped Condit co-write his manuscript, so due dilligence seems to have already been accomplished.

Were they preparing for questions about Jennifer Thomas from defense lawyers? If so, they weren't asked about him and Jennifer Thomas or it didn't make the press if they did.

It appears his new defense lawyers had reason to believe he would be asked about OC Thomas and Chandra asking him about something her mother told her, and what exactly he had explained to Chandra about it before his wife flew in and she disappeared.
