from websleuths: Tyler Green is apparently a mentally ill man who has fixated on this poor family and been threatening them and posting horrible things to them etc
His name was mentioned in an Internal Affairs hearing on another person on a charge of impersonating an officer. He also stalked the police officers and threatened them at same time he started threatening Kesses.
I do not find multiple coordinated events in the summer of 2007 concerning him as just that of a crazed individual.
In addition, his posting on Kesse's guestbook were profane but rational. He believes he is being persecuted for Jennifer's disappearance to the degree of sounding capable of harming someone as well as himself. Unless solid information were given that the police never questioned him about it, it appears he was in 2007 and is bent out of shape about it.
The police definitely referred to him in the impersonating an officer charge hearing, I don't know why, so is not limited to randomly fixating on the Kesses as the only problem.

from websleuths: I'm assuming this is the guy who used to post on the guestbook as "the accused".....he would always write 6 or 7 long posts in a row......the content was always bizarre....if this is the same guy, he needs help, big time
I saved a page of it. The cursing filled threats are dangerous, but not bizarre, in my opinion.
He was complaining about his life being ruined and having nothing to do with it, without saying specifically what he was accused of doing. Whether real or imagined, the implication is that he is referring to having nothing to do with Jennifer's disappearance.
I haven't seen anything that says he wasn't questioned about Jennifer and he is hallucinating all of this. Whether questioned or not, he can't go around threatening people (police and the Kesses) like that, essentially unending threats to the Kesses, and I hope he will get the help he needs, in a jail cell for an extended period of time. He is a danger to the Kesses and the police officers he stalked.

Yep - that's the guy. I agree he needs to be locked up for all the threats/stalking - glad they finally caught this loser. From what I recall everything he wrote was long and incoherent (in addition to the dangerous content)....rd would you be able to post what you saved of this guy or is that a bad idea?
People used to ask him questions after his rants and he never said much of anything in response................I wonder what his deal is......I'm not sold on the father's comments about what triggered this behavior.
I think it's a bad idea, Sox. I checked and I have a couple of pages of it. It really is oriented around declaring innocence and hatred at being accused (of something, in his own mind or for real), in the most vile language imaginable. My heart goes out to the Kesses for having to see this and remove it for years.
But I also thank Drew Kesse for leaving it up long enough recently so it was established to the public what they were getting, and the police acted.
The only reason the subject has justified more exposure is that unless there is some indication from authorities (perhaps in an upcoming hearing or trial) that he is hallucinating the whole thing and has randomly chosen the Kesses to terrorize along with two detectives / internal affairs officers back in 2007, then the presumption would be that his outrage at being questioned (and his "life ruined") about Jennifer's disappearance means Orlando police questioned him about Jennifer's disappearance.
I have also posted where his name is mentioned in a public internal affairs hearing on a seemingly unrelated charge against another person on charges of impersonating an officer (really a dispute over what's allowed for a security person in uniform, equipment, and interactions with the public). I believe that hearing was also in 2007. (One should be able to google to confirm that.)
Given I've never seen any indication from another person about being questioned about Jennifer's disappearance, that's just too important to dismiss as simply that of a nutcase. But should he be making it all up and randomly chose the Kesses for a multi-year harangue of threats and avowals of innocence, then of course he is certifiable.

(referring to supposed confession of a "family member")
What family member? You mean someone in Jennifer's family???
If not then whose family??
family member who called tip line and said a close relative abducted Jennifer and told police a field to look in. That was the recent second field tip search.
But those are the kinds of things pranksters like to do to throw authorities off. Have they verified the credibility of the report?
They thought it was legitimate enough to search the field. Second field tip, second search, identical replay. Bring dog(s) in, dog hits on a spot, bring heavy equipment in, dig it up, nothing found.
Part of being considered legitimate should have been having a named person in the tip who would be, for whatever reasons made it legitimate, be considered a suspect even if nothing found in field.
However, noises made was that nothing found, that's the end of it.
I have a different idea of legitimate than others do, but police seem happy as long as they have a specific place to search called in as a tip. Maybe they do have a named person from the tip, and a "relative" who gave them incriminating information, to continue to investigate and pursue in the investigation, but I doubt it given total lack of even a hint of it following the search.

Several Orlando news stations are reporting that the Kesses met with the Orlando police chief and lead detective today and were told that investigators have exhausted all leads in the case.
They exhausted my lead pretty quickly. They didn't even acknowledge it, much less discuss it with me. Not sure how they exhausted it but it was clear a couple of years ago when I called it in that they didn't care enough to respond.
Did they even look at the pictures? Most people can't deal with detail like that of these blowups, their eyes glaze over, they have no idea what they're looking at. It's reasonable to assume that if any of the investigators glanced at them that that was their take on it too.
Quite unfortunate. Oh well, they will stay up for posterity. Maybe someone will recognize something in them one of these days.
And hopefully give the Orlando police a lead they haven't exhausted.

UCFAlumni2002 is letting us know of the latest family letter from the Kesses. This is a truly poignant letter Drew wrote long after Jennifer disappeared.

Family Letter: www.findjenniferkesse.com
May, 2010
May 20th, 2010 Jennifer Kesse will turn 29 years old. I have thought as her father, what could I possibly say to add to what has been said and felt over the past 4+ years since I last spoke with or saw Jennifer. I came across a letter I wrote to Police in August of 2007, week # 88 of her journey through Hell as we sit in week #228. I think they hold true to this day so I wish to share them again with you.
Please know that we will always be trying to find you Jennifer. We Love you and will never ever stop until we bring you home.
Happy Birthday !
Love,
Dad, xoxo
Thoughts From a Father
Sometimes I sit in a daze as my mind wonders off to the point that I don’t even realize I have missed time, all thinking of Jennifer and Logan. I go over things in my head that have happened over the past 20 months and 26 yrs for that fact. Did we miss something important, are we far off base or are we close. Is Jennifer alive or has someone taken her life? I still have and always will have vivid memories of every part of Jennifer’s life, her birth, holding her for the first time, putting her to bed, feeding her, burping her , changing her diapers to seeing her walk, talk, run, ride a bike and become very smart both by book and in wit. I miss holding her and singing to her, yes even when she was 24. I miss arguing with her, I miss her achievements steady all along the way, always growing as a person inside and out. I miss the family squabbles when the 4 of us, Joyce Jenn, Logan and I had to decide on a restaurant, you would have thought the world was going to end to get a consensus on where to eat.
I miss Jennifer’s coy little voice when she was going to ask for something ”Daaaaddyyy?”, yes Jenn what do you need”. I miss her bright smile and laughter. I miss Jennifer with her hands on her hips giving you the look of “what have you got to say for yourself” and meaning it. I miss her knowledge of football and the craziness of Sunday afternoons and NY Giants losses and victories. I miss Jennifer asking for her favorite meal (boneless fried chicken, mashed Potatoes and corn on the cob) and when she and her friends at a young age made commercials on video. I miss how she has supported Logan as he has grown, protective yet put him in his place when needed (until he became smart and got bigger than her). I miss just spending time alone with Jennifer most of all. The time I spend alone with Jennifer or Logan is the most precious. You learn the most about your child when it’s just you and them – the most.
I ask myself, since the time that Jennifer was taken, did we do all the right things? Have we done things that have hurt her chances of being found? Did we push all the right buttons at the right time? Will we get to see her again? I think, how could I have done things differently that maybe would have had different outcomes in our efforts. What else can we do and for God’s sake why won’t someone speak up! In that respect I feel like a failure. The helplessness I feel as Jennifer’s Father is that of a knife in my heart almost paralyzing me. The pain her abduction has caused for so many, not to mention to Jennifer the most, runs very deep in a lot of hearts and minds but will not destroy us.
Jennifer is the one pushing us all forward, keeping the efforts we try to make work moving and generating awareness. Jennifer is the reason why everyone is heartbroken. Jennifer leaves her mark on people in very subtle ways that are not immediately noticed -always has and always will. I am proud to be Jennifer and Logan’s Father. No, none of us are perfect, we all have flaws, made mistakes but in good and bad I am proud of what my children have become and accomplished in their short lives thus far. It is my hope that I will have more times to remember with Jennifer, Logan and Joyce and all the bad that has happened, though never forgotten, will have it’s place in the back of our minds and we will be a whole family once again and able to move forward.
All of you involved with the task of finding Jennifer have my family’s support and gratitude. We are here with you and for you and we thank you for the sacrifices you all make on a regular basis in trying to find Jennifer both personally and professionally. Please thank your families for us. It will pay off, can’t say when or how, however all your work, dedication and tenacity will pay off.
From my heart,
Drew Kesse

Good news for Jennifer Kesse and her loved ones. The FBI has joined the investigation into her disappearance. This being reported nationally such as by CBS, link below.
The Orlando Police just asked the FBI to assist. Good for them, especially after telling the Kesse's that all leads are exhausted.
As I have pointed out here probably once too often, my Blowup of Jennifer Kesse person of interest / suspect lead has never been exhausted by the Orlando police, at least to the point of even responding to me.
Here's hoping the FBI does better, including analysis of the suspect and the surveillance camera image characteristics as have been discussed in depth in the Jennifer Kesse POI photo analysis links thread.
A caveat though. The FBI were worthless in the Chandra Levy investigation, as I discussed in Murder on a Horse Trail: The Disappearance of Chandra Levy.

yeah, Jennifer, Chris George, and Tracy Ocasio are all possibly victims of Hataway, the last two for sure.
The suggestion to finding Jennifer's remains would be that all three are hidden near each other, unless I'm missing something. I doubt that they are all hidden near each other.
Of course finding any missing person is helpful, and this one more so for Jennifer and Tracy.

I did a map-quest search and found that the area where the bones, cell phone and other evidence was found is 18.87 miles from the Jennifer Kesses' condo. 29 minutes per map-quest.
Bones & more found - Apopka Blvd & W Keene Rd, Apopka, FL 32703
Jennifer's condo - 4200 Conroy Rd, Orlando, FL 32839
Because James Hataway was in the business of drudging swamps, he would know the best places in the area to hide things...
As you say, it is unlikely that Jennifer would be found in that same area.
I removed the quote with the map rd- the link didn't work for me. Just wanted to make others aware of the connection
between Chris George, Tracy Ocasio and Jennifer Kesse - ie: James Hataway.

thank you, skipper, much appreciated.
I agree with you 100%, Hataway knew exactly where to hide bodies.
Swamp dredger. That made the hair on the back of my neck raise when we found that out.

Thanks UCFAlum. Lets hope the Vanished show on Jennifer on May 30 will jog a memory and prompt a call to the Orlando police.
Jennifer needs to be found and returned to her family.
