I asked before and no one knew. Can anyone confirm that Jennifer had a twin sister Janet? Neighbor Hoffman said there was a twin, told a reporter that he probably talked to the twin Janet, also said OC said Jennifer left town and was in hiding, but at the same time added that Jennifer worked at a fast food and was "home Wednesday".

Any chance the twin thing is a scam?

Why is Jennifer Thomas in Modesto High School instead of Ceres or Argus High Schools in Ceres, Ca.? Could the picture be of the wrong Jennifer Thomas? Did OC and family move to Ceres from Modesto since 1993? When Chandra disappeared they lived just down the main road to 99 from Condit's Acorn Lane house. Did they live there in 1994? Librarian found a Jennifer Thomas in Modesto yearbook, but did she look in Ceres yearbook?

The Stanislaus County Library has received numerous requests from the media to take
photographs of Levy from Davis High School yearbooks. So the library staff simply listed
on the cover of each book where her photos could be found inside.

Likewise, there have been requests to take pictures of a photo of Jennifer Thomas, and
there is a Jennifer Thomas in the 1993 Modesto High School yearbook.

I have never believed the twin sister story. I mentioned the dna paternity test about three times in my form letter to the FBI. They can't be blind, they have to see it, unless they just throw their mail in the trash.

In "Secret Agent" there are a male fbi agent and a female fbi agent, the author of the book, Candice DeLong, working on the same case, the Unabomber case, and living together.

With that kind of thinking I would believe almost anything is possible for the fbi.

I also included Joseph D. McNamara's words about secrecy by law enforcement in my letter. Secrecy in my opinion seems to protect the law enforcement agencies, and the cirminals.

ok, benn, blondie, nanci, here's the deal. While you guys were posting I was trying to get hold of the Stanislaus County Library. Wasted a lot of time in phonebook lookups, finally just looked it up in Google. Should have done that to start with.

They have a reference telephone number on their web site I called. I was hesitant because I thought it would be a big deal and they wouldn't want to help, but they were very helpful. Went back, found the 1993 Modesto High School yearbook, found Jennifer Thomas, no Janet Thomas. But get this. It was a junior picture.

I knew it. The picture in the press is the wrong Jennifer Thomas. Now then, I asked about Ceres yearbook and they gave me the Ceres Library phone number. They do not archive that. I will call Ceres tomorrow and hopefully they will be just as helpful. There still might not be a Janet, but there should be a senior picture of Jennifer in the 1993 Ceres yearbook.

If there is, that means they lived close by to Condit where they do now. Also will be able to tell if there is a twin. But...

if Jennifer is not in that yearbook then there is big problems. Jennifer would be on Cal State Stanislaus in Turlock as a senior in high school (possible) but also, more importantly, would mean that after all that trouble that the Thomases moved from Modesto to down the main road from Condit. Hard to believe unless kid was his. The whole thing is hard to believe, but should be able to determine a lot from Ceres 1993 yearbook tomorrow.

FBI talks to minister with claim of affair

CERES -- O.C. Thomas, the minister who claimed that his daughter had an affair with Rep. Gary Condit and then reportedly recanted his story, was interviewed again by the FBI on Wednesday.

Neither Thomas nor the agent would comment when they returned to Thomas' apartment in Ceres on Wednesday afternoon.

"Nothing at all," Thomas replied when a television news crew member asked if Thomas had anything to say as he rushed to his apartment.

His refusal to speak with the media Wednesday angered Lynn Ford, who manages the apartment complex where Thomas lives. She claimed that he reneged on a promise to make a public statement Wednesday. She hoped that a statement would end the two-week media siege outside the main gate of Richland Gardens Apartments.

If a person does not know something, why would she be afraid to talk about it to the fbi, or the press?

Not talking to the fbi seems to be an error on Jennifer's part. Of course when the fbi was trying to talk to her the case had not yet been determined to be a murder case.

As time passes by there will be less and less need for coverup, and the truth might just drip out.

Condit said he did not know Jennifer Thomas, but he gave all of his girlfriends nicknames, so maybe he knew a Suzy, who looked just like Jennifer.

well, that's long distance blondie and can be done by any of us. I hate for anybody to incur costs in this. Apartment complexes are not supposed to give out information about their tenants, but maybe they would.

Juist wait a few minutes and I'll be calling the Ceres Library and post what they say about whether Jennifer and Janet Thomas are in the 1993 Ceres HS yearbook. They're just now opening for the day.

I called Ceres Library, they only have '95 and '97 Ceres HS yearbooks, they gave me number of Ceres Unified School District, they gave me number of Ceres HS.

Librarian has 1993 yearbook and said I was welcome to come take a look at it, but they don't have the time to take a look. This after conferring with head librarian, so they don't want to get involved.

Jennifer Thomas couldn't have been just a junior at Modesto HS in 1993 and been a freshman on campus in Turlock in 1994 as her father says. There is also no Janet Thomas in the yearbook along with her.

Jennifer and Janet could have lived in Ceres, but the father's church was in Modesto, his landscaping business run from the church in Modesto, Jennifer had her baby at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, and there is a Jennifer Thomas in the Modesto HS yearbook, but as a junior.

Unless there's a Jennifer and Janet Thomas in the 1993 Ceres HS yearbook, there's a whole lot of lying going on.

Now come on, the Washington Post interviewed six times and the FBI talked to him for three days and something this transparent wasn't immediately obvious? The Washington Post said they interviewed six times. There may be spin afterwards, but could OC bamboozle everyone for two months?

A minister's daughter gave birth to a son during the two years she allegedly had an affair with Rep. Gary Condit - whom she dumped him because of his sexual demands, The Post has learned. Jennifer Lynn Thomas, 26, had an affair with the California Democrat that began in 1993 or 1994 - when she was 18 or 19 - and ended two years later, says her father, Pentecostal minister Otis Thomas.

A distraught Jennifer broke off the relationship because of the married Condit's sexual requests, sources said.

On Sept. 15, 1994 - while the affair was supposedly going on - Jennifer bore a son, now 6 years old, at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, according to a birth certificate filed in the Stanislaus County Recorder's Office in Modesto.

The word "withheld" is written in the box for the father's name.

Jennifer - a quiet, attractive black-haired woman who has a twin sister, Janet - met Condit, who represents the Modesto district, at a rally at California State University.
