One of the reasons I am mentioning the date(s), etc., is that I feel that there was a time period from on and around April 30 and May 1, 2001 to the date of Chandra's USC graduation (May 11, 2001?), where whomever caused her to disappear and subsequently, be murdered, had some time to accomplish this and manipulate evidence, etc., before it would become an indisputable fact, that she was a victim of a "very well-planned kidnapping and removal", as Billy Martin phrased it.
The interesting thing is that the potential witness I have previously spoken about saw the small group of people (including Chandra-like figure with rose tatoo) between 5:30 and 6 p.m., on or around May 10, 2001, in the Adams-Morgan area, across from the Saigonnais restaurant, and near a Vegan restaurant and a c/d-tape store. The young woman resembling Chandra was wearing a French couture type of dress and extremely high heels. The styles of the elegant dress and heels incorporated aspects of S and M in the designs. The male figure was wearing a baseball cap and dark-rimmed glasses and was dressed too warmly for the heat-wave D.C. was experiencing at the time. The Chandra figure may have purchased a c/d or cassette from the c/d cassette store in the area.
It was this store or one near it:
Quote: | There's no 10-foot Tower Record sign, no Blockbuster awning to signify that the converted basement apartment in Adams Morgan is, in fact, a music store.
Just a solitary orange neon sign that says "CD" next to a blue-and-green neon saucer. In simple black and white, the words "Flying Saucer Discs" give away the name. |
Quote: | Mr. Cicchetti and Mr. Dunn think they found a way to rekindle that interest. Theirs is a store for the true music lover - not exactly a Spice Girls kind of store. The "Shrines" in the back pay tribute to artists such as Duke Ellington and Billy Holiday, Patsy Cline, Nancy Sinatra and Morrissey. |
