This woman has been missing for quite sometime by now but I felt it was important to list her esp. since her husband just flunked a lie detector test.

They had an disagreement and she left during the night or I have read in the morning. He is the only one who can attest to this fact too. Her credit cards and cell phone have never been used. Why? I do not think she would leave a child behind either. I have strong feelings the husband has killed her and maybe the police have an eye on him. LE is probably taking a closer look now that he has flunked the test.

Sadly, there is not much news on this beautiful woman. I did find some old links but will post just some basic information and follow up in the future. I think at first LE thought she left on her own accord but not at this point in time.

Husband of missing woman fails lie detector test

SNIP
PORTLAND, Ore. - A local mother mysteriously vanishes and now comes word that her husband failed a lie detector test, despite being adamant that he had nothing to do with her disappearance.

"I was offered a voluntary lie detector (test), and I said, 'OK, I'll come in and take it to clear my name,' and it completely backfired on me," said Brian Cole.

Heather Mallory Cole, 32, (pictured at right) disappeared March 8 from the southeast Portland apartment where she lived with her husband. The two had gotten into a fight and she drove off into the night, never to be heard from again.

Heather's car was later found abandoned and her credit cards and cell phone have not been used.

Heather Dawn Mallory-Cole

SNIP
On the evening of March 7, 2008, 32-year-old Heather Mallory-Cole, a part-time culinary school student and young mother worked a full shift before spending the night out with a few friends.

Portland police say that when she returned home the next morning around 7:30 a.m., a verbal confrontation occurred when her husband, Brian Cole, reprimanded Heather for staying out all night. Rather than hanging around for the fight to blossom into a battle, Heather left, and cops say that she hasn't been heard from since.

Authorities say that this is unusual for Heather, who is described as professional and responsible. She has a 3-year-old son with Cole, and cops say she is known to be a dedicated mother.
