The info on Hans Reiser's incredibly enabling father of Hans role in Nina's disappearance had me consider adding Enabling parents or the like below Silent ex in Justice above, but it looks a bit vindictive, even if true, as in:

Silent ex - Hans Reiser
Enabling parents - Ramon Reiser

Any suggestions to add to the info on each missing woman appreciated.

In many of the cases we see the enabling parents or even parents who have helped hide evidence or helped get rid of the body.

Also, I think Han's mother is also an enabling parent too.

You are on target to add this as one aspect of the summary.

In poor Sue Ann Ray's case, Quinton Ray's father Harold helped to cover up the murder.
This is one example.

Another would be Perry and Janet March. Perry's father Arthur claimed to have moved Janet's body and buried her.

So, these examples show parents are sometimes not just enablers but directly involved in the crimes after the fact.

Didn't mean to get off the main subject but your point made me think of these two cases and parents getting involved.

I don't think Joran Vander Sloot would be out of jail yet if not for the enabling behaviours of his retired-judge father.

The continued denial of Scott Peterson's parents in the face of mounting evidence and their inconsiderate behaviour towards Laci's mother make one wonder how much they have enabled Scott's antisocial behaviour throughout his life.

Jane, those two cases were the first ones I thought of too.

Also, Andrew Luster would never have been able to flee to Mexico and escape his rape charges without the help of his mother. Thank God this hedious creature was caught by "Dog" D. Chapman.

Another rapist was also able to do the same, (the name escapes me as of this moment) but I know Mickey Sherman was his counsel.

Too many are enabling as we can see. Sad...

The missing women case summary thread is set up now.

Mods can edit in info. Others can post here and a mod will enter it in the summary thread.

Mods could also enter the data here as well and I'll type it in. Just copy the template from above and fill in what is known. Quality and accuracy is the most important thing.

Also selecting good pictures for each one and posting here to review will help.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
