I noticed something interesting

In one of the recent articles about the missing person's day in Tallahassee, Florida that Mr and Mrs Kesse attended...

Now, they're asking lawmakers to clear Florida’s DNA backlog, which is thousands of samples from felons that haven't been registered

“Let's think about the people that live here and the people that are taken, and we have to do something to stem the crime, and this is just one little part of it all,” said Drew and Joyce Kesse.

The Kesse’s think bringing the state's DNA database up to speed could be key to solving their daughter's case.[/i]


That definitely sounds like the cops did indeed collect some DNA from Jennifer's car. It would be easy to eliminate it being her DNA as they could get a sample from her parents and also they could get a sample from her boyfriend to compare it. So they might have some DNA from her car from the suspect. I recall the reporter said the cops wouldn't say what kind of DNA they found. Hair that could be used to get the suspect's DNA? Blood? Semen? Would the cops not want to reveal if there was signs of a violent crime in the car? I don't think so based on other cases they don't seem to hide those details.

Speaking of the "phone" Sparta, I wonder if LE ever checked to see if the person who left the phone behind in Jennifer's apartment ever used their phone since Jennifer went missing? Why did that young man need his phone so desperately?

Then again, it may have been the content - what was on the phone that concerned him?

The man would have had days to buy a disposable phone- if he just needed a cell, right? Jennifer had been home for over 24 hours when she was asked to send/Fedex the phone back to him.

The devil's in the details.

I also wonder if Jennifer ever met the POI. On her website, there is a mention that she was concerned about the construction crew.

I know the current theory revolves around a random attack/kidnapping, but I think otherwise. Too precise to be random, IMO.

No one is that lucky.

no no nothing suspicious about the guy wanting his cell phone back asap. us young people rely on our cell phones a great deal! many people these days don't even have a landline any more. with the low rates cell phone plans, a lot of people just have a cell. I have a landline but only my immediate family knows that number and they still call me on my cell phone cause that's what I prefer. it's possible nobody would be able to get a hold of the guy if he didn't have his cell phone on him. Another thing is most don't even know other people's phone numbers. what everyone does is, when they first get their phone or meet somebody new, they type the name and number into the address book that's on just about every cell phone. then if you wanna call a certain person from that point on, you look them up on your phone's address book and click their name and the call is made, never even having to look at the phone number. I don't even know my best friend's cell phone # for example. I just have it stored on my phone. Also cell phones now have the internet access and double as MP3 players. So we're pretty dependent on them! It's always a big hassle when a cell phone is lost or broken. Sometimes when I go outta town, if I forget my charger it's so annoying cause I have to make sure the battery doesn't die. Plus I imagine the friend didn't demand Jennifer send his phone off. He probably said something like "hey if you could please send that to me when you get a chance" and Jennifer, being a kind person and understanding people need their phones these days was more than happy to send it off overnight. I think everyone at some point has forgotten their cell phone or lost it or had one broken. I'd be the same way if I left my cell phone somewhere that wasn't close to home. It's a real hassle.

As for your belief that it was not a random abduction, yes absolutely the odds are overwhelmingly in favor of Jennifer knowing her kidnapper. I think the statistic was something like 75% of abducted women know their attacker. But somebody in the FBI said in his opinion it was more like 90%. Personally I think it may have been someone Jennifer would recognize (maybe just an acquaintance) or maybe exchanged some brief conversation with, perhaps somebody her family wouldn't know about. I think if it was somebody really close to her, and therefore her family would know this person, they would've either recognized him in the picture or put 2 and 2 together when thinking of all the people close to Jennifer. It could also be somebody that knew Jennifer but she didn't know him! A stalker or something. Can't rule anything out.

I may be mistaken but I thought you said there was a bike patrol station nearby. It must be nearby the Kinko's on that Orange Blossom Street? Not Huntington but closer to the Kinko's, no?

and yes seeing as how they evidently can't see the taser holster and the bike helmet and even his face as he turned back either towards the car or towards the camera, I'm not too confident they are doing anything on this case. Oh and the height of the suspect ludicrous! I could tell from some of the pictures that there was an elevated foundation of the pool area from the parking lot road. Plus the tree was right there and with the odd angle pointing diagonal towards the suspect, inexplicable they could've screwed up the height. He is a normal height male, not 5'3"-5'5"

I have wondered about the UCF campus police and if that may be a factor. Another thing nobody ever talks about, but it's kind of a longshot anyway, is they should take a look at her boyfriend's friends.

Police are now releasing a timeline as to when they think Jennifer's car came through the South John Young Parkway corridor and detectives are scouring the store surveillance tapes hoping one of the cameras captured something to narrow the timeline.

Detectives think Jennifer herself, or someone else, was traveling on South John Young Parkway, between Texas and Americana and Conroy Road by the Mall of Millenia, during that time frame.

How do they know? And why don't they release the footage they have of this? Also, her family and friends stood at the corner of South John Young Parkway and Conroy/Americana for months and months with signs, maybe they still do, I'm not sure. And if you go to the JK website, click on aerial view, you will see the area where Mosaic is and HOTG. They pinned one spot down titled B as where her car was found. Then at the intersection of JYP and Conroy/Americana they pinned that spot down as F. What is F? Why did they pin that spot down? Must be important. How do they know the car went through there? The car could've made a right when leaving the Mosaic and gone past the Mall at Millenia area.

If it's true what the article says and the car was traveling on South John Young Parkway, it would mean the car was traveling for a while around Orlando, at least not straight from Mosaic to HOTG.

And with her briefcase, ipod, and the package with the friend's cell phone all missing, it doesn't appear to have been a nighttime attack. it's unlikely she would've gotten out of bed late to deliver that phone. There was certainly no sign of any struggle in her condo. It would be great to know what exactly the conversation with the friend was like about sending off the cell phone, when she planned to do it, and how she was gonna send it. and it's too bad we can't see what her internet activity was. she likely would've looked online to find a place to ship the phone off.

that'd be sweet if the guy were the actual kidnapper or knew the one who did it or was involved in some way. I wish the one who took Jennifer was that stupid.

more than likely, though, it's just some loser who thinks it's fun to play mean tricks on grieving families. I read an earlier article where somebody from out of state, Michigan I think, also sent a harrassing call to them but it was just a prankster.

I did a Google search and found numerous Tyler Greens at Zoom Info but can't nail this one (confirm it is one and the same). The one that comes the closest is a lighting technician for a band.

Funny, that. Only because I have a theory about Jennifer that involves a band/s.

Could be that he's just a loose cannon.

Lou Pearlman is currently in jail in Florida- pending some serious charges. Bank fraud and the like- He was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury, Orange County jail- see subsequent posts below.


* (3 counts of bank fraud- mail fraud and wire fraud- seems he defrauded some 1000 investors out of more than $315 million)


* Several month ago, Lou Pearlman had a visitor in jail/prison- one David Siegel. (see articles in posts below)

*David Siegel is the owner of Jennifer Kesses' place of employment - Westgate Resorts (which goes by about 14 other names).


Siegel,who now lives in Las Vegas and is soon to open a Planet Hollywood Resort in that area (1200 units- a Westgate timeshare property)- flys to Florida to visit Lou Pearlman in prison.

Why?

a An old friend ?

b A business partner?

c Wants to cut a deal on some of Pearlmans' assets?

d Something else

David Siegel had offered 1 million for the safe return of Jennifer Kesse. What was that about?

Back to the Bands-

At the time that Jennifer purchased her condo- there were, according to the various articles, only a handful of units that were sold. 2 of them were owned by Pearlman- either in the same building or nearby. Astounding odds, I'd say.

It it my theory that the POI- is a:

a Band member

b Roadie- crew member

c Groupie (more likely)

It's no secret that band members and their crews as well as the groupies are all about party time to include drinking/drugging.

If- the band members had access to the Pearlman condo- or maybe they had their own investment condo in the complex- that would explain their presence in the area.

Headlines a while back reported that Backstreet Boy Nick Carter dated Paris Hilton. Paris broke it off with Carter when he became physically abusive with her. I mention this only to point out that the band members seemed to be disrespectful toward women, not to point at any one person.

Another band member recently bowed out of the bands' "comeback" tour- Kevin Richardson who was the oldest member. Why?

What I see on the shirt of the POI is a Guitar. (sorry rd- I could be wrong)- Could it be a Security person for a band?

What another person (WS) sees is ESP

* ESP is a high end guitar- used by many bands

As an aside- the POI drove to a "seedy" area of town- just a mile from the Mosiac. The complex is known for drugs (users/dealers), according to articles I've read. Seems the sort of place that bands may be aware of?

A bankruptcy trustee is selling off more memories from the

$12 million foreclosed Orlando home of Lou Pearlman, the

Svengali behind the Backstreet Boys, 'N Sync, $160 million

worth of federal bank fraud charges, and quite possibly

the biggest Ponzi scheme in U.S. history.

Orlando news station WFTV talks to David Siegel, a

timeshare mogul who visited the boy-band wonder in jail

and says Pearlman insists he's innocent, adding that he

wasn't running from the law or hiding out in Bali, as

everyone knew he was there (save for, like, the FBI and

the couple thousand people he owed money to). He also said

Pearlman is trying to get out of jail on bond, a move a

judge has previously denied, calling him a "serious flight

risk."



In a previous auction, his treasures—gold and platinum boy

band records and various trophies—netted about $225,000

for debtors. This time, as Pearlman sits in an

11-foot-by-7-foot Orange County jail cell, we learn that

A look at Lou's life behind bars

PearlmanbookingLou Pearlman is kept in "protective custody" at the Orange County Jail, which means he is separated from other inmates. He gets out of his cell for an hour or so each day to shower and enjoy the "day room," where there is a television and a telephone--but only when no other inmates are there. He has no access to the Internet. Weather permitting, he also gets an hour outdoors in an area where there is a basketball court, a couple of pull-up bars and benches. Typically, inmates out by themselves just walk around the basketball court in circles. He has no television in his cell and cannot see the day room television unless he is standing to look out the small window in his door. He can read materials from the jail library.

The only people Lou talks to face to face are the correctional officers and his lawyers. He also is allowed three 45-minute visits per week, conducted over a video visitation system, where each party sees the other on a television screen and talks on a telephone. Since he's been back in Orlando, Lou typically has had two or three visits per week (two people who come together count as one visit).

Lou's most frequent visitors are Tammie and Michael Hilton of Orlando. Others who have been to see him include Laura and Brittany Dunn, David Siegel and David Hedrick. John Ryan, Allan Siegel and Joseph Jacoboni scheduled visits, but they did not take place, according to jail records.

Skipper- I think it is a feasible scenario in the works. Stick with it. Since I still can't get the pics on my compute is that the actual shirt that is posted? I knew a lot about bands from my past and would also want someone to take a peek at the shirt too.

Your conclusion of a couple of band lives is correct that they may engage in drug use and get violent. Roadies tend to be of the same style

I love you hard work and interest and you may be going in a different direction but I would like to see where it leads Skipper. At this juncture, in an open case, we have to look at all the alternatives.

I'm rather impressed. The guitar was a great find!!!

I too am working on no sleep so if I don't add more that is why, or if I don't make sense.
