A warrant has been issued for a Central Florida man police believe is behind threatening phone calls to the father of a missing Orlando woman.

[Jennifer Kesse's] father, Drew Kesse, said he and his wife have been targeted by someone who's making threatening calls to his Bradenton home.
Bradenton police believe the suspect is Tyler Green, 25, of Clermont.
Police said they were able to show through phone records that Green made four harassing calls to the Kesse residence, and even threatened the Kesse's other child.

I did a search to see if anything was reported on Tyler Green being found to serve the arrest warrant on him. There wasn't anything reported.
If anyone knows of him being found and arrested, please let us know.
I'm not sure who issued the arrest warrant. Bradenton is in the Tampa metro area and Clermont is in the Orlando metro area. And if I found the right county, a quick check doesn't seem to indicate that status of arrest warrant information is available to the public, as in through a web site.
I saw a legal opinion from Connecticut that the arrest warrant information falls under the Freedom of Information Act (of Connecticut, I guess). But filing a FOIA request to see if they found somebody they announced in the paper they were looking for doesn't make a lot of sense.
Here's where I'm going on this. I have to think that Tyler Green was not sitting at home in Clermont for the police to announce a warrant has been issued for him. I mean, they surely dropped by the believed to be address sometime between getting the arrest warrant and telling reporters about it.
And he appears to have not been around to arrest, thus the warrant issued for his arrest business.
It turns out Tyler Green is a fairly common name, and the only references to someone that might be him was in this one news article.
I did find a Tyler J Green, of Clermont, which is southwest of Lake Apopka. I also found a Tyler J Green, 24, of Ferndale, which is not far away from Clermont on the west side of Lake Apopka.
He might have lived first in Ferndale and moved to Clermont, thus the police listing him currently as in Clermont. Or maybe the other way around and he's currently in Ferndale.
But here's the interesting thing. Clermont and Ferndale are on either side of the Florida Turnpike just west of Ocoee, where Jennifer worked. Both towns are fairly local to where Jennifer was headed that morning. It's 16.6 miles between Ocoee and Clermont.
Now it's possible he's bothered by signs on the side of the road asking to keep a lookout for Jennifer, but I think not. It's also possible he just wanted to harrass the Kesses and it's totally a coincidence he lives close to where Jennifer worked, both possible addresses for him.
But again, I think not.
So is this much ado about nothing, and they've served that arrest warrant and he apologized for bothering the Kesses and all is well that ends well?
Or is that arrest warrant still waiting to be served?
By the way, although some didn't think he looked like the suspect, as far as face in the article link posted above and the face in POI photo three, it's in the broad category of ruled in versus ruled out in my opinion. Pretty good match actually. (see bottom of Blowup of Jennifer Kesse person of interest / suspect for his face in the POI photo)

Did he live near Mosaic at the time of the abduction and where does he live now? He had a storage unit near the Mall where jennifer became missing, He now lives in COCA Beach and Manges the coast over there for orthopedice sales.
Was he in a position to have watched Jennifer for a long time before finally abducting her or was this, in your opinion, a spur of the moment thing? Yes he is in voyerism a sex addict he could of watched her. He loves his coffee in the morning and I believe that is where he made his move a Starbuck. He went to FED EX that morning. If she was looking for a place to mail the cell phone back. Well he is very well groomed, charming and very well spoken.
As someone else asked, do you have a picture of this guy? yes I do. and believe it , he has changed his appearance and wt since then, but i do have a picture within two weeks of Jennifers abduction. Or, if you don't and he's still in the area, do you think you or someone else can snap his picture with a cell phone without his knowing?
Do you know enough about his background such as where he lived, worked, hung out to make a guess as to where he may have brought her? I believe he wanted to take someone off guard, a subsitute for me.
Did he appear nervous or excited when he returned your truck? Very much so it was the first time he had taken a show after work and had regular clothes on. He alway kept his scrubs on or had a suit and changed into scurbs and a t-shirt, He had scrates on his rt arm and rt LE and a reddness between his rt hand thumb and pointer. His eyes were weird like scared. Did you bring your truck to the police to have them analyze it to see if his dna or fingerprints could be collected? I told the FDLE in 5/06 and 5/07 the Orlandd Police Department. No no one even looked at my truck. I work for a level one trauma center there was brown hard spots on my headliner. I used proxiode and one of them bubbled up...the same at blood would. I picked them off put in a bag. Gave to the Orlando Police Dapartment. No tesing has been done.

Do you think he's victimized anyone else prior to Jenn's abduction or was a just a peeping Tom? He is a sex addict, into voyerism, porn, massage palors, and sicking things. yes. his first wife he beat her dog up almost killing it and beat her up found that out this year during research. He kicked my cat after her operation busting her incision open. And he did terrible things to my daughter at 2 and 3 she is now 5. He did terrible things to her dog and cat to scare her not to tell. He cut her Allaiden dolls legs and arms off. Put a lizard in her hand and killed it. So many sicking things. I was only married to him for 9 months with a pre-nupital. He was in recovery when I married him. I had no idea how sick he was. After I married him he wanted to know what he got if I died. Bought a gun. He is a sick man. He intended to kill me and her. Jennifer was a subsitute victum. Emily said daddy would come in her bedroom at night putting the gun under her chin and saying I am going to kill you and mommy. I thought he got rid of the gun after my 911 call. He didn't he did terrible things. I filed a report when I went to the ER 12/05, not telling him. Thinking he was going tobe out of the house. Well he never left. He did unspeakable things to her and her animals she loves so much.
What is his approximate age? 43 He doesn't appear to be large, so how do you think he was able to overtake her? Did she know him and feel comfortable enough with him to allow him to approach her?
I'm looking forward to your response. Also, it doesn't sound like the authorities are taking this very seriously. Have you contacted Drew Kesse at the number posted on jenniferkesse.com? |
Yes I called them. They never returned my calls but when they would writte on their monthly new letter I know they heard my calls. |

if you look at the quoted part of Victory's last post, she answered the questions within the quote mixed in with the questions. She just didn't distinguish her answers in any way except for the last question of course. |

Thank you for your responses. I'm sorry for all the pain you and your daughter had to endure. Does he still try to contact you? He sounds like pure evil.
You mentioned that he had a storage unit near the mall. Do you know where, exactly? Do you think that may be where he could have taken her?
Are you familiar with any areas that he seemed to like to go such as camping grounds, lakes, parks, where he may have brought her?
You mentioned Starbucks and Fedex. Do you think he abducted her from Fedex or Starbucks? What time of the morning?
It's really too bad that noone seems to be taking you seriously. I admire you for continuing to offer this information if you truly feel that it's him.
Is he remarried? Does he live alone? Do you think he could have done this again since Jennifer?
I hope that you've moved and he cannot contact you or your daughter.
Since he has a shamrock tatoo, can we assume that he's of Irish descent?
Why do you think he left her car at Huntigton on the Green? Is he familiar with that apt complex? Since you mentioned the brown spots on the headliner, do you think he abducted her in your truck rather than her own car?

I was gonna ask you, after reading Victory's latest post, if you know of any storage places near the mall? Also, is there any places nearby where there's starbucks or some coffee place with fedex or post office nearby in the same strip mall or right next to each other or something?

Hi Sparta,
Not sure about the storage place. There are A LOT of storage facilities in the area, probably because there are no basements to store things! I'll check around though.
As far as coffee is concerned, the most logical place would be the 7-11 on the corner of JYP and Conroy. Also, there's a Dunkin Donuts across the street. |

I looked around the area and there are two Starbucks nearby. One inside the Super Target store on Millennia Blvd and the other onPalm Pkwy & Millenia.
If I had to pick one I would say the one on Palm & Millenia because it is a store that's part of a strip mall and she would not have had to enter another store to get to it.
What I find really interesting is the Fedex connection. I remember back in the beginning of the search it was determined that the closest Fedex dropoff location is located at Devry which is directly across the street from the Starbucks!
Regarding the storage units. I'm a little confused here. Are you referring to the 7-11 on the corner of John Young Pkwy and Conroy or the one that's further down the road. Conroy and Vineland Rd.?
Have you ever mentioned anything to him about Jennifer's case to see what his reaction might be?

My daughter was playing and I was watching Jennifers parents on TV talking about there daughter shortly after her disappearance. He came in the house slammed his breif case on the counter and said"Turn that shit off I am so tired of listening to that" Then He said, " I feel sorry for him loosing his little girl." He sure was into the Lacy Peterson and Scott Peterson case. He use to watch the news every morning when he woke up. That stopped the end of December 2005. I don't ever recall him watching the news after that. His behavior was very distant. I wanted a Divorce after Chirstmas. I had the Divorce papers and several times gave them to him to sign. It always became very abusive.
When you said that you think he could have done this again, do you mean that it's possible or do you mean that you know of a specific case? There are two specific cases of missing people and he was in those places during the time of them missing two separate people two separate cities
Do you remember what time he came home with the truck that day?No only the time I came home and how he was. His eyes looked as if he did something he wasn't suppose to and guilt showed. I came home on January 24th it was 16:30 with my daughter. Throughout knowing this man and being in an out of a relationship for 5 years.He always changed out of his suit back into scrub pants and a t-shirt, or he kept his scrubs on.
He was home when I got home hair wet and in shorts and a shirt. her the abduction, did you notice that he would leave for a while and not say where he was going? He always left and said nothing to where he was going. The next day he took emily and I. One to drop emily off at the sitters and me a work. I think is was for two days I can't remember but I definitly know the next day on the 25th.
Interesting about the shamrock too. This may very well have started the conversation. Jennifer has a shamrock tatoo as well. |

maresy, the information about the nearest FedEx dropoff location was not disclosed in the mainstream media. i know you have a more intimate knowledge of the case so this is very valuable information! originally, the only thing that was ever reported in the papers and stuff was that she may have gone out looking for a FedEx drop box.

I found on classmates.com per your instructions (i had to create a profile or whatever and just wrote John Doe in case youre wondering who that is checking your profile)
I see what you're saying! the closeup photo of that guy's face is the one? your abusive ex-husband? and it's the same guy in the photos where he's walking on the street (photo right next to the one of the suspect in the POI video) certainly looks like it could be him! The pants are similar, those scrubs, i see what you're saying. Also he walks hunched over just like the guy in the black and white security camera picture and arms at sides too.
do you have any photos of the hat that you said he was wearing? i know you mentioned you gave it to the authorities. Also any pics of the shamrock tattoo on his shoulder?

Hi maresy,
I did some searching on Google Earth and I'm confused. Well the Starbucks in the Target store (4750 Millenia Plaza Way) is the one right across from the FedEx location at Devry. I was able to piece that together via Google Earth.
But then you mentioned that you would've guessed the abduction (or initial meeting between JK and victory's abusive husband) took place at the Starbucks at Palm-Millenia. Is that the one at Palm-Millenia Mall? (4200 Conroy Rd)
Since the FedEx was across from the other one (4750 Millenia way at Super Target and across from Devry) wouldn't that be the more logical guess?
Of course you know the area obviously well and I'm just looking at an aerial view and typing in addresses lol so I may not be making any sense whatsoever. |
