A young woman who disappeared from Reisterstown under suspicious circumstances 10 years ago remains at large.
An international missing persons group, called the Doe Network, is working with Baltimore County police to find Tracie Lynn Mosley.
Mosley was last seen on April 17, 1995, around 2:45 a.m. when a friend dropped her off at High Falcon Road and Pittston Circle in Reisterstown.
Mosley's Friends have offered a reward. If you have any information, call Baltimore County police.
