I notice in an article about Terri Schiavo that autopsy reports are public documents according to Florida law ( http://www.kansascity.com/mld/kansascity/news/nation/11280054.htm ). Hmm - I wonder about D.C. autopsy reports - are they public documents according to law? Last we heard on the subject, even the FBI agents working on Chandra's case haven't seen her autopsy report.
